Diapers & Dumbbells now available at CFS!


CrossFit Souhegan is excited to offer Diapers & Dumbbells, a fitness class designed for expecting and new mothers. We offer a supportive community where moms can safely exercise to support their pregnancy and growing babies or safely return to exercise after giving birth. We focus on safely exercising, modifying movements while pregnant, postpartum rehabilitation, restorative exercises, strength training and conditioning. Each class is 1 hour and open to mothers of all fitness levels and is appropriate for individuals with or without Crossfit experience. The coach is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer as well as a Certified BirthFit Coach.Learn more about Coach Erica here.


Along with yourself and your baby, we recommend that you bring your typical baby changing supplies and a stroller so that babies can be comfortable and easily wheeled around the gym during class. Crossfit Souhegan also offers a toddler friendly space where they can play safely while you work out if you have other small children. Our facility includes changing rooms, with showers, that may serve as a private nursing, pumping, or diaper-changing station.


Crossfit Souhegan believes moms are heart of the family and we are excited to be able to offer moms the opportunity to take time out of their busy days to nurture themselves, build strength, self confidence and surround themselves with a community of supportive moms.
