Before starting classes we'll take you through 3 one-on-one Elements classes. During the three days we'll go over:

-Movements Performed at CrossFit

-Your Personal Goals

-CrossFit Methodology

-How Classes Run at CFN


-How and Why to Scale Workouts

-Complete 1 WOD (Workout Of the Day) at Each Class 

After the 3 classes are completed, your coach will shadow you in your first official CrossFit class, answering any questions along the way.

Over the next 30 days you will receive emails from your coach checking in and providing modifications for the next day's WOD.
