FREE AT HOME WORKOUTS
From the day we opened in 2014, our goal has been to improve the health and fitness of residents in the Souhegan Valley. We have decided that during the Covid19 outbreak, while so many of us are stuck and home, CrossFit Souhegan will offer FREE at home workouts to anyone and everyone that wants to keep up with their fitness.
These workouts will be able to be done at home, with no equipment and will be for all fitness levels. Each week you will receive an email with 3 workouts, and instructions on how to perform them.
There are 3 major things you can do to improve your immune system to give you the best shot against Covid19 (and all other sicknesses and diseases for that matter) so why not give it a try?
SLEEP - Go to bed early, sleep 8+ hours per night
NUTRITION - Eat meat, vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruit and no sugar. Stick to whole/unprocessed foods.
EXERCISE - Be active, get your heart rate up often, do some bodyweight or resistance training.
