WOD: 40-30-20-10 reps for time Rx: Burpee to plate Abmat sit ups Scaled: Burpee Sit ups Sport: Box Facing Burpee box jump overs(24/20) Toes to bar

Partner Cashout: 100/80 cal bike *teams of two, split how you want, one person bikes while other holds a plank

Mobility: Circle up Cobra/DD
