No Equipment WOD
1.)
Squat Tuck Jumps

2.)
For time:
21-15-9
Alt. Lunge Jumps
Plyo push-up

Scaling options:
-Plyo push-ups (explosive push-up so that hands leave ground upon lockout) can be scaled to normal push-up or incline push-up
-Adjust reps as need for strength portion to meet given equipment
