800m run
10 burpees
20 handstand push-up
30 air squats
40 sit ups
30 air squats
20 handstand push-up
10 burpees
800m run

Scaling options:
-For 800m run, substitute 50/40 cal row or bike.
-HSPU can be done as pike pushups OR
strict press with DBs/KBs
