All options
For time:
60 walking lunges
50 shoulder taps 
40 sit ups
30 air squats
20 burpees
10 pistol squats
*Every 2 minutes including 0:00, complete 5 strict handstand pushups*

 

Scaling options: 
-pistol squats can be done as single leg squat to a bench or box, stand with both legs.
-handstand push-ups can be scaled in reps if needed, or if you are unable to complete them strict you may kip.
