Buy-In: 100 Double Unders
Into Max Rounds:
6 DB Front Rack Lunges
12 DB Front Squats

Rest 5 Minutes

AMRAP 5:
Buy-In: 100 Double Unders
Into Max Rounds:
6 DB Front Rack Lunges
9 DB Thrusters

Rest 5 Minutes

AMRAP 5:
Buy-In: 100 Double Unders
Into Max Rounds:
6 DB Front Rack Lunges
6 DB Clusters

 

Minimal equipment WOD

*Substitute DB's for any equipment available, KB's, Sandbag, heavy duffel bag, water jugs, etc.

**Can be completed with single DB or KB, switch arms as needed

 

No equipment WOD

Buy-In: 100 Line-Hops

Into Max Rounds: 

6 Lunges

6 Air Squats

*Rest for 5 minutes between rounds. Complete 3 Rounds*
